i'm back on my feet after procrastinating for, around, 2 months or so? maybe longer!

stuff that i finished so far:
-editing that unnatural glow on KURO
-swift hair tutorial!
-panda picture for panda

stuff that are undergoing:
-yannay's pic that i'm redoing (i'm sorry it took so long!)
-two random pictures, one digital one watercolour
-clearing my inbox (a whopping 573 deviations and 389 messages!)

i hope i finish sometime.

ah yes and my japanese language course is finishing soon. but it's only the very basics so don't expect me to be able to speak yet.

and i was put under discretionary admissions and i have an interview for the National University of Singapore's Faculty of Science. it makes me feel ultra demoralised. is BBC really that bad a grade? so bad that i have to be put under discretionary admissions? will i EVER be able to get into university after all? i feel like dying. sobsob. why am i in singapore where the university places are as scarce as food is in africa? DAMMIT!!!

if i fail the interview i can go and die!

on a lighter note, in june, i'm going back to taiwan for 3 weeks! woots! its set already. we already bought the airplane tickets. can't wait! all the delicious food... YUMMY!!!!! (when i come back i'll be as fat as a pig)

one of my aims for taiwan would be to get my hands on some ARASHI merchandise. heh heh! they're really popular everywhere in the world except for singapore. WHY!!! i'll defintely be able to get some stuff from taiwan. i hear that they even had a concert there, so they should be quite popular there, right, right, right?

and i still don't like kat-tun. sorry!

(btw it is pretty hard to get into a uni here since there are only 3. you have to get mimimum C's for all subjects to get into the LOUSIEST course) and oh well, i will only be able to get into the very lousy courses but who cares, as long as i can get into a uni.

so here's a lazy update for people who actually wondered where i've been lately.

yesterday was the LAST day of work! OMG! isn't that great news? so that means more time. for me to sleep as well as catch up with my new interest:

ARASHI! they are the cutest japanese boyband around i tell ya. i seriously can't figure out why it isn't any more popular than it is. i can't even find a card of them here. its ALWAYS fahrenheit, super junior, f4, kat-tun. for heaven's sake. arashi is so much better.

my favorite is Sakurai Sho (of COURSE). i like aiba's english( its hard NOT to laugh at it). Nino is really good at acting too(if only he would cut his hair)! Ohno is pretty funny too. however, i don't really like matsujun. he's too... uh... cold? ah well!

i'm addicted to youtube atm watching all the subbed arashi videos! Mago Mago Arashi, Arashi no Shukudai-kun, anything and everything! however they're running out. i had so much fun watching them! i just HAVE to learn japanese some day!!! DX

ah, yes! watch YAMADA TARO MONOGATARI too! its a freaking good drama, starring Sho and Nino from arashi(duh!) you just HAVE to watch it! its on mysoju.com but the links are a little cranky atm so if you really wanna watch you can always dl it from [link] its an absolutely ridiculous drama and i had a lot of fun watching it!!

so NOW you know the main reason for my inactivity on deviantart. well, i also had a relatively active social life recently, so don't blame it on arashi completely. i watched 2 movies with my friends that i think you should really catch if you can! CJ7 (by stephen chow) and L: change the world!!! L is really funny in this movie. it was SUPPOSED to be a serious movie but everyone can't help laughing at him. he's so cute! as in kawaii! hahahaahhaahhaha

well, besides i haven't got much motivation to draw anything. art block?

as you can see, i had fun during my absence from deviantart (ok, i couldn't resist logging in, but after that i don't feel like doing anything) but its time to get back since i can't use my job as an excuse anymore! 141 deviations and 102 messages to clear! YOSH! and then there's iLusty's hair texture tutorial to do ( i really want to do that cos it isn't everyday somebody asks for a tutorial (especially with my skill sigh))

AND! the gift art exchange thing. deadline's march 15! i'll try my best! DX





oh and by the way. A Level results are out on march7th..... if you don't see me around anymore after that you KNOW the results must be bad. which i seriously think it would turn out bad. i KNOW it. i've been fooling around too much during school and exams.
